A work in progress?

In this blog I have decided that I will strive to communicate through media and words the positive impact that many women are making. I feel that in Women's studies we do not discuss the positive aspects of modern women enough and so taking inspiration from the women in my life and the women in media that I see to address the disparity. Women have helped to shape my entire life, the foundation of who I am as a person are deeply rooted in the strong female influences around me and that I have been shown. The blog is a deeply personal project that I am very passionate about and I hope that you all enjoy being with me through the next posts.
